Let's Make A Mat

 First,  the hair recycled by our salon partners, gets sorted to remove any  debris, i.e. elastics, pins, combs, extension tabs, etc. 

 Hair is sorted by length with 3" or longer making up the outside mesh so the mats hold together.  

The remaining hair is used as the filler.

Filler hair is placed evenly on the mesh and the the mesh is folded over before felting.

 This  felting machine has twice the number of needles to accommodate the fine  hair. Each mat is as unique as the client the hair came from. 

 Full  of the same nutrients as the hair still on your head, the Garden Grow  Mats are recycled, biodegradable, 100% natural fertilizer.
